including voice work. Susan has appeared in numerous TV shows including

Olivia Mackinder (Life Coaching)
An NLP Master Practitioner, Olivia moved into life coaching from a career in the media. In 2005, she researched and wrote for the book Body & Soul Escapes, which sealed the deal on her new direction.
“Spending time in holistic retreats and wellbeing centres, I was awed by the profound physical and emotional impact that these places had on those who stayed there. I saw how, with the right support, a person could change their life profoundly for the better. I wanted to offer that support”
She has also worked as a mentor and coach with Lucca Leadership and the Alpha Leadership Bootcamp in Romania – organisations that empower young people to achieve their potential and create a life that supports their goals and strengths and brings them happiness.
She now works predominantly with women and teenage girls. In down-to-earth, one-to-one sessions and workshops, she can help you improve your confidence, feel happier in your skin and move away from damaging self-criticism and judgements. Her work encourages deeper self-awareness and gives you the tools to kick stress into touch.

Ann Lovatt - Homeopath
Ann came to study homeopathy after experiencing it work for her during pregnancy and subsequently for her young children. With a dual career as a practising professional musician she has a special interest in stress and performance related problems. We are all performers in some sense, often life throws us a challenging situation when we least expect it. The way our bodies deal with stress gives the homeopath critical information with which to begin working towards positive healthy changes.
Ann Lovatt is a homeopath registered with the Society of Homeopaths and
practice under the guidance of their strict Code of Ethics and Practice.

Anna Sambidge Homeopath
Anna began her career by studying Psychology at UCL but it wasn't until her late twenties whilst living in Australia that she discovered homeopathy and knew instantly that this was the work she wanted to be doing. Homeopathy provided a system of medicine and healing that encompassed the “whole person” rather than parts or symptoms. It explained how the mind affects the body and opened up an entire world of medicine available naturally from the earth. It was rooted in ancient wisdom and yet was entirely meaningful in today`s world and relevant to today's disease states.
After qualifying from the Sydney College of Homeopathic Medicine in 1995 she returned to England, married and had her two children. Practising homeopathy during those early years of motherhood gave her a huge amount of experience treating mothers, children and pregnant women. In 1998 she and her husband founded the Centre For Homeopathic Medicine which is now the largest training college in the UK offering a BSc (Hons) in Homeopathy. Although Anna greatly enjoys her work at the college, it can never be more fulfilling than helping people find relief from illness and promoting healing through practising the art of homeopathy. Therefore she is very happy to be expanding her practice to BAYoga Studio in Berkhamsted.

Tracey Harper - Nutritional Therapist
I first became interested in Nutritional Therapy when working in a high-pressure corporate environment in London. My job was taking its toll on my physical and emotional health, and I wanted to learn more about how I could look after my longer term well-being. I eventually decided on a career change, quit my job and gained a first class BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Westminster.
I have been practising nutritional therapy since 2007. I have worked with a huge variety of people: helping them learn about and manage health conditions through Nutritional Therapy, establish lifelong healthy eating patterns, and improve their emotional and/or physical well-being.
As a commitment to continued professional development, I regularly attend workshops and seminars to keep abreast of the latest developments in Nutritional Therapy.
I am a fully registered member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and I work within their strict code of ethics. I am also a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNCH), voluntary regulator for nutritional therapy. I hold full public indemnity and liability insurance.

Lucinda Cracknell - Massage Therapist
Lucinda first discovered massage at University. Following a 15-year career as a Chartered Accountant, she wanted to do something more meaningful, working directly with people to create positive change. Her long-standing interest in massage has allowed her to do that, and since late 2010 she has practised massage full time. She has studied in the UK and in Thailand, and worked in Greece as well as at home.
Her focus is addressing stress and tension, as they manifest in the mind and body. She creates a place of calm and respite, drawing on different styles of massage to tailor each treatment to your specific needs at that moment. As manipulation of the tissues stretches out knots and stiffness to ease physical discomfort, the experience of compassionate touch soothes and nurtures you emotionally.
Lucinda is qualified in Holistic, Deep Tissue, Thai, Thai Foot and Indian Head Massage, and Pulsing. As a member of the Complementary Therapists Association, she is bound by their code of practice and follows a programme of continuing professional development. She is fully insured through Holistic Insurance Services.
